Finding a partner you can trust

What criteria do you use to find a partner you can trust? A trusted partner can make the difference in the business, but if you get the wrong person, you might end up with someone embezzling company funds.

I just don't, if I'm honest. I work with people I know from real life; never ever people online. Too many idiots. I work best alone anyway xD

Its hard to even find a friend you can trust....

When finding apartner I always look for someone who will invest as much as myself in both time and money. If they are willing to do this then you should be fine.
