Where is your datacenter located?
Our datacenter is located in Las Vegas, Nevada - close enough to the west coast to have great latency (only 3ms average from LA), but tucked safely away from earthquakes, brownouts, etc.

How soon will my server be ready?
Although we advertise that it can take up to 24-48 hours to turn up your server, in most cases we can have in-stock servers online and ready to go the same day your order is placed. Please note that our billing dept. may require additional information to verify your payment and process your order.

Are you a reseller?
No, we are not resellers. We own all of our servers and network equipment and our staff has 24x7 access to all of our gear.
